Comparable to traditional deadbolt-style safe locks, the EM35 fits the industry standard “Magic Module,” employing a spindle to transmit motion from rotating keypad to lock body, thereby retracting the lock bolt. The exception is – when coupled with an EasyTouch keypad – the keypad is stationary, with the central knob retracting the lock bolt.
